Bruised Credit?

Bank Turned You Down?

Banks say no for a variety of reasons, but not every bank is the same. What is deemed important to one bank, is sometimes not as important for another. Credit Score, income, employment can vary a great deal.

Bruised Credit - When it comes to bruised credit, banks will often say sorry, but “pay your bills on time and come back in 6 months”. This is not particularly helpful advice and often leads to refusal again in 6 months. There are many factors involved in a person’s credit score and paying your bills on time is just 1 part. Thats why working with the right professional is so important.

Hope –I have experience and established relationships with over 50 different lenders including major banks, private money and alternative lenders. Most lending starts for me around a 600 beacon score, but in some circumstances, private lenders will accept lower scores as well.

Below 600? - when you come and see a member of our team, you will have a chance to review your entire credit report to get suggestions and hear a plan to increase your credit score. We won’t leave you with useless advice to wait 6 months and try again, but instead get a real plan to get your score where it needs to be.
